Tradeline Care Service Tracking
Tradeline authorizes you to use this customer self tracking system to track the status of any service tickets you have registered with Tradeline's Authorised Service Centre.

You will always find a Tradeline Care help desk nearby at any of our stores whenever your device needs a repair.
Alongside the desks, Tradeline Care plus program (extended warranty) is purchasable while buying a mac to extend your warranty to two years. Additionally, the Tradeline Care program gives you priority services in all stores and on-phone support via our hotline service.
