Tradeline has been established in 2007 and is one of the first to introduce Apple Authorised Resellers to the Egyptian market where you can live and breathe the Apple experience.
We are your destination for everything Apple, we are passionate about the services we offer and the brand we have embodied locally.

Over the years we have grown both in size and experience. Today with 21 stores, we not only offer our customers a variety of services, but we provide them an outstanding customer experience delivered by our local Apple Experts.

1. Retail Experience:

A whole new concept that we are introducing in Egypt, Our Stores will have all the features Tradeline offers from services, workshops to 1 on 1 trainings. You have to keep in mind that this experience doesn't just highlight what we do, but how we do it, we need to show our customers where we are and where we will take them, this experience will translate to sales and keep our customers connected to us as a community

2. Workshops:

What we intend to do with these workshops is help our customers understand and use our products to their fullest. From teaching them how to draw on iPad to taking amazing picture with iPhone and to more general stuff like iCloud and iPhone for beginners, we are targeting all of our customers. These workshops are going to build a whole new customer relation, we are here to enlighten and teach our community and create a better connection with them.

3. Convenience:

We have 21 stores around Egypt and we are growing each month and our locations are very well distributed to keep the experience as easy as possible.

4. Loyalty:

We have to keep in mind that our customer loyalty is the heart of our business, when the trust becomes strong we grow, we always need to put our customers first, this is why we have a loyalty program called TVC (Tradeline Valued Customer).

5. Services:

We are an Authorized Apple Service Provider, we always put extra effort in giving out the best customer service possible. Tradeline is not only here to sell, we are here to teach solutions and fix problems!

6. Trainings:

As you all know we have Apple Expert Trainers at Tradeline and we have to take this as a very strong point because what we learn will be transmitted and thought to our customers, we have to show everyone what we are capable of, and how knowledgeable we are!
